Fully custom, hand built rifle (actually has no Ruger parts) precision bull barrel. It has a tactical innovations receiver,  Volquartsen 2.5 lb. trigger group, and thumb-hole laminated wood stock- extended magazine release. All internal moving parts are polished. The bolt has been squared and head space set to minimum. This rifle will shoot dime size groups at 100 yds.
